A titanium ring with optical, temperature and motion sensors, a week of battery and the Plawat app. It watches quietly, shows trends you can act on, and calls for help when you fall. Basic is free.
A wellness wearable. Plawat Ring shows trends and raises alerts; it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
What it measures
What a ring can tell you
Heart rate, all day and all night
24 / 7 continuous
Optical sensors on the inside of the finger read your pulse every few seconds. Resting heart rate, daily range and the night-time trend are on the app in one glance.
Blood oxygen (SpO2)
% SpO2 overnight
Overnight blood-oxygen readings show how steady your breathing is while you sleep, with the dips marked on the sleep timeline.
Stress and recovery
HRV based
Heart-rate variability turns into a simple stress score through the day and a readiness score each morning, so you know when to push and when to rest.
Sleep analysis
4 stages
Light, deep and REM stages, time to fall asleep, awakenings and a sleep score, from movement, pulse and temperature. No headband, no watch.
Fall detection
Alert to contacts
The motion sensor recognises a hard fall followed by stillness. The app raises an alert and can message the contacts you choose, with the phone's location.
Respiration rate
br/min each night
Breaths per minute during sleep, derived from the pulse signal, tracked night after night so a change stands out.
Skin and core body temperature
±0.1 °C resolution
A sensor on the inner surface tracks skin temperature through the night, and the app estimates the core body temperature trend from it. Both are shown against your own baseline, so a change stands out.
Steps and activity
Steps and minutes
Steps, active minutes and calories, with gentle reminders to move after long sitting.
A week on a charge
7 days
Up to seven days of battery, then a short rest in its charging case. Water resistant to 5 ATM: showers, hand-washing and swimming are fine.

Questions
Frequently asked
Is Plawat Ring a medical device?
No. Plawat Ring is a wellness wearable. It measures and shows trends in heart rate, blood oxygen, temperature, sleep and activity, and raises alerts on falls and unusual patterns. It does not diagnose or treat any condition; consult a doctor for medical decisions.
How does fall detection work?
The motion sensor recognises the signature of a hard fall followed by stillness. The ring tells the phone, the app sounds an alert you can cancel, and if you do not, it messages the contacts you chose with the phone's location.
How accurate are heart rate and SpO2?
The finger is one of the best places on the body for optical readings, and the ring reads at rest and overnight when readings are steadiest. Values are for wellness trends, not for medical use.
Does it work without the phone?
Yes. The ring stores readings and syncs when the phone is in range. Fall alerts need the phone nearby to send messages.
How do I find my size?
Order the free sizing kit or tell us your usual ring size. Sizes 6 to 13 are available.
Is there a subscription?
No. The ring and the app are included.
