Unless expressly approved and labelled as a regulated medical device, Slimiot products are intended solely for general wellness, lifestyle and informational purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

While we strive to provide reliable measurements and insights, physiological measurements are influenced by many factors including sensor placement, body movement, environmental conditions, skin characteristics, device fit and individual physiology.
Accordingly, Slimiot does not warrant that measurements or health insights will always be accurate, complete or uninterrupted. Users should independently verify important information before making health, fitness or lifestyle decisions.
Subject to these Terms, Slimiot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use our mobile applications solely for your personal use in connection with compatible Slimiot products. This licence does not transfer ownership of the software.

The names Slimiot, dozemate, plawat, plawat ring and stethopod, together with their respective logos, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Slimiot Technologies Private Limited. You shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display or commercially exploit any part of our products or services without our prior written permission.
You agree to use our products responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You agree that you will:
You agree not to use the products for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, interfere with or disrupt our infrastructure, upload malware/viruses, circumvent security features, use automated scraping tools, or impersonate another person or entity.
Slimiot may periodically provide firmware, software or application updates to improve functionality, security, compatibility or performance. Certain updates may be mandatory to ensure continued operation of the products.
Certain features of our products may integrate with third-party services. Such services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Slimiot is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of third-party services.
Where products or services are purchased through our website or applications, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to acceptance of an order.
Except where expressly stated in writing, our products and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slimiot disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slimiot Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, distributors and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from the use of our products or services (including loss of profits, loss of data, device malfunction, or health decisions based on product information).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slimiot Technologies Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of our products or services, or violation of any law.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, if fraudulent activity is suspected, if your use poses a security risk, or if required by law.
You may permanently delete your account at any time. Where supported, account deletion can be initiated directly within the mobile application by navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Alternatively, users may submit a request by contacting info@slimiot.com.
Our collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using our products and services, you also agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
By creating an account, you agree that we may send you service-related communications (such as security alerts, updates, and notices). If you separately consent, we may also send marketing communications.
Slimiot shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, cyber-attacks, or utility services interruption.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws, sanctions laws and regulations governing the export, re-export or transfer of products, software and technology.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Failure by Slimiot to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. Slimiot may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Account Deletion Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Slimiot Technologies Private Limited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the registered office of Slimiot Technologies Private Limited.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal obligations. Your continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
