These terms cover the Stethopod app and online services provided by SlimIoT Technologies Private Limited. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
Stethopod is a Bluetooth listening accessory. It amplifies, filters, records and relays body sounds and other faint sounds so you can hear them, keep them and share them. It is not a medical device. The device and the app present sound only: they do not measure, analyse or interpret it, and they do not detect, diagnose, monitor, treat or prevent any disease or condition. Any decision about health belongs with a qualified professional.
The app is a tool for listening to and sharing sound, not a source of health advice. Do not use it to make a decision about anyone's health; consult a qualified professional. Use the device and the app in line with local regulations.
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
Only share a live session or a recording when you are allowed to. Obtain any consent that your institution or the law requires before recording or streaming another person.
Do not use the service to harass other users. We may suspend accounts that are reported for misuse.
Live sharing and invitations depend on your internet connection and on our servers being reachable. We do not promise uninterrupted service and may change or withdraw online features.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
